From June, 2019, until December, 2020, Andi Phillips worked as a Graphic Designer for the Travis County Voter Registration Volunteer Deputy Registrar (VDR) Outreach Program.

During this time Phillips designed the Travis County Voter Registration Volunteer Deputy Registrar Training. Along with the graphic design, they also wrote the copy, and created the flow of the training.

The video was edited by Travis County Video editors, however, the presentation upon which the video is based was designed by Andi Phillips.
